The conclusion of a contract on the transfer of property is a follow-up activity to the drawing up of expert opinions.

Our office will prepare all documents for the conclusion of a contract and will guide clients through the pitfalls of dealing with the authorities until the final phase of depositing an entry in the Land Register.

If the elaboration of a geometric plan is needed for the deposit of changes in the Land Register, the plan prepared by our office also becomes an integral part of the documentation submitted to the state authorities.
